Amid reports claiming former APC Chairman and ex-Kano Governor Abdullahi Ganduje is critically ill in London, his Chief of Staff, Mohammed Garba, and a family source have dismissed the rumours, Peak Newspaper Nigeria reports.
Garba confirmed Ganduje, 75, is in London but said he is in stable health, describing claims of a critical condition as false. He noted Ganduje missed Buhari’s funeral due to his stay abroad.
A family source told Peak Newspaper Nigeria that there’s no health crisis, adding, “We’re only seeing the rumours online.”
Ganduje had resigned as APC chair citing health reasons but was later appointed Chairman of FAAN, sparking speculation over his political future.
