Ondo-born Lagos resident, Muyiwa Akinwalere who was declared missing in May 2025, has been found, after Peak Newspaper Nigeria reported his ‘strange disappearance’.
Recall that Peak Newspaper Nigeria reported in May, how a Lagos-based man identified as Fasonu Temidayo raised an alarm about the strange disappearance of his brother, Muyiwa Akinwalere who is suspected to have gone missing since about five months ago.
Fasonu Temidayo, a relative of the formerly missing person, who raised alarm in May, about Akinwalere’s disappearance, told Peak Newspaper Nigeria that missing Muyiwa Akinwalere has been found.
He stated that Akinwalere has reached out to him, his mother and other close relatives, explaining that he is safe, citing his demanding new job for not reaching out to friends and families earlier on.
“I raised an alarm a few weeks ago, about the strange disappearance of brother, Muyiwa Akinwalere, fortunately, Muyiwa has reached out to the family, assuring us of his safety. I extend an unreserved appreciation to everyone who played a significant role in finding him. Thank you all,” Fasonu said.
