Lagos bond issuance oversubscribed at N214.8bn

Lagos State’s N200bn Conventional Bond and N14.8bn Green Bond drew bids of N308bn and N28.7bn, overshooting targets by 54% and 94%, respectively, Peak Newspaper reports. Governor Sanwo-Olu said the record demand reflects investor confidence and will fund priority infrastructure, healthcare, education, and sustainability projects under the THEMES+ Agenda.
