President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday met with French President Emmanuel Macron for a private dinner at the Élysée Palace in Paris, Peak Newspaper reports.
The meeting was disclosed by Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, who shared photographs from the dinner on Friday.
The engagement is part of ongoing high-level diplomatic contacts between Nigeria and France, with discussions focused on strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between both countries.
Photos from the private dinner showed Tinubu with President Macron and France’s First Lady, Brigitte Macron, at the Élysée Palace.
