The South-West chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has re-elected Isaacs Kekemeke as its National Vice Chairman for the zone, Peak Newspaper reports
The decision was made during the party’s South-West Zonal Congress held at Mobolaji Johnson Stadium, Onikan, Lagos, where about 3,188 delegates from the six states in the region participated.
The zonal executives emerged through a consensus arrangement, which was ratified by a voice vote in line with the Electoral Act.

Femi Aluko — Secretary
Lateef Ibirogba — Organising Secretary
Ayo Afolabi — Publicity Secretary
Adeduyi Daramola — Youth Leader
Ismail Majaro — Legal Adviser
Dayo Ishola — Representative of Persons with Disabilities
Top party leaders present at the event included Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Ogun Governor Dapo Abiodun, Ekiti Governor Biodun Oyebanji, and Ondo Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, among others.
Speaking at the event, Sanwo-Olu described the congress as peaceful and a strong sign of unity in the South-West, while party leaders pledged to secure victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 elections.
Peak Newspaper understood that the development highlights APC’s efforts to strengthen its structure ahead of upcoming political contests.
