Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has urged leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kogi State to reconcile aggrieved members and strengthen internal unity ahead of the 2027 general elections, Peak Newspaper reports

Speaking during a party engagement, the lawmaker emphasized the need for inclusiveness and dialogue, calling on stakeholders to address grievances within the party and create room for returning members and new defectors.

Akpoti-Uduaghan stressed that unity within the PDP is critical to rebuilding its strength in Kogi State, noting that internal divisions could undermine the party’s chances in future elections.

She also encouraged party leaders to adopt a more open and accommodating approach, saying that fostering cohesion would position the PDP as a formidable force in the state’s political landscape.
