The President of Araromi-Obu Welfare Council, Ore, Honourable Adeolu Akinseyoju has during the Founder’s Day Anniversary Celebration of the council urged members of the indigenous association to love one another to galvanize growth and development.
Speaking at the Araromi-Obu Welfare Council Founder’s Day Anniversary Celebration, the President of the council who doubles as the Chairman of Ifesowapo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Honourable Akinseyoju on Saturday, maintained that love is the hallmark for growth, development and progress in every society.
Furthermore, he urged members of the Araromi-Obu community to join the Araromi-Obu Welfare Council, stressing that “Araromi-Obu Welfare Council is an indigenous association that protects the interest of the indigenous people, make sure that opportunities are being spread to every member of our community and we ensure that there is peace and progress within our community— I urge other community members who are yet to join this indigenous association to join.”
Also, to recognize the immense contribution of some individuals towards the growth and progress of Araromi-Obu Welfare Council, the President of the indigenous association, Honourable Adeolu Akinseyoju presented honorary award to the Special Adviser to the Ondo state Governor on Union Matters and Special Duties, Comrade Bola Taiwo; former Ondo state Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy affairs, Honourable Amidu Takuro; Chairman of Odigbo Local Government, Honourable Taiwo Adegoroye and many other dignitaries.
