The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nentawe Yilwatda, has said he is learning politics from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whom he described as one of the best politicians in Nigeria, Peak Newspaper reports.
Yilwatda made this remark while speaking on leadership, party management, and political strategy, noting that President Tinubu’s long years of experience, resilience, and ability to build strong political structures make him a model for anyone seeking to succeed in politics.
According to the APC chairman, Tinubu’s approach to governance and politics—particularly his capacity to navigate complex political environments, maintain party cohesion, and take decisive actions—has been instructive since he assumed office.
He added that the president’s political journey, from grassroots mobilization to national leadership, offers valuable lessons in patience, strategy, and inclusiveness, which he is keenly studying as he leads the ruling party.
Yilwatda further expressed confidence in the APC’s future, stating that under President Tinubu’s leadership and with continued internal unity, the party remains well-positioned to deliver on its promises to Nigerians.
