Elder statesman and New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) chieftain Buba Galadima has accused the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of destroying democracy in Nigeria, Peak Newspaper reports.
Galadima made the allegation while criticising the current state of governance and political developments under the Tinubu administration.
According to him, democratic principles and institutions are allegedly being weakened, while opposition voices and internal party democracy continue to face challenges.
The NNPP chieftain also expressed concern over the direction of the country’s political system, urging Nigerians to remain vigilant in defending democratic values and constitutional governance.
