The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has condemned the Bola Tinubu administration for allegedly applying selective justice in handling legal cases involving former Kaduna Governor Nasir El-Rufai and ex-Attorney General Abubakar Malami, Peak Newspaper reports
ADC spokesperson Bolaji Abdullahi said rapid custody transfers and the slow pace of proceedings against the two officials have raised public concern over fairness, contrasting it with faster handling of other high-profile cases.
The party emphasized that all citizens, regardless of status, should be prosecuted transparently and fairly, in line with constitutional guarantees.
