Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in Abuja has given reasons why the detained leader of the proscribed IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, should serve the jail term previously imposed on him.
According to the judge, the court’s decision was based on legal findings, past rulings, and the charges already established before the court. Justice Omotosho emphasized that the judiciary is guided by constitutional provisions and that all parties have the right to continue seeking redress through lawful appeal processes.
