Following his 59th birthday, which was marked by celebratory posts across social media platforms, messages, gifts, prayers and surprises from close associates, colleagues, friends and families, the President of the Nigerian Economic Society, Professor Adeola Adenikinju has extended a heartfelt appreciation to Well-wishers who made his 59th birthday memorable.
Adenikinju expressed appreciation to Well-wishers during a brief chat with Peak Newspaper Nigeria on Wednesday.
“I was marveled by the love and goodwill I received on my 59th birthday. The calls, messages, social media posts, gifts, surprises and visits were elatingly overwhelming.
” To my family, friends, colleagues and my irreplaceable people in Araromi-Obu, the love you all showed me is priceless and I’ll remember this gesture for a long time.
“Your unquantifiable love you showed humbled me and it serves as a motivation for me to continue to be positively impactful to our micro and macro society.
“By God’s grace, my 60th birthday will be bigger and better. Thank you all. God bless you,” Adenikinju said.
