The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) reports that 7,263 Nigerian pilgrims have been airlifted to Madinah across 18 flights since the 2025 Hajj operations began on May 9.
States like Bauchi, Kebbi, and Osun have made notable progress, while Kano, Sokoto, Zamfara, and Borno are yet to begin.
NAHCON praised the smooth start and urged states to maintain momentum and high standards.
