There was mild drama in Kaduna on Thursday, October 16, when the phone of the State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Barrister Sule Shu’aibu (SAN), was stolen during a security event.
According to Leadership, the suspected thief infiltrated the venue, got close to the commissioner, and made away with his phone—despite the heavy security presence.
The incident has left many shocked, questioning how such a theft could occur at a high-profile security gathering.
As of press time, the stolen phone has not been recovered, and no arrests have been made public.
