Moroccan footballer Achraf Hakimi has been referred to a French criminal court over a 2023 rape allegation
He denies the claims and says he is ready to defend himself, Peak Newspaper reports.
She recounted that a month earlier, she met Hakimi on Instagram and went to his home in a chauffeur driven car ordered by the footballer, according to a police source cited by AFP at the time.
She said that Hakimi kissed her and committed acts of touching without consent, before raping her, the same source added.
The woman said that she managed to push him away and a friend came to pick her up
The trial date is not set, and Hakimi continues playing for PSG as the case moves forward.
