A Federal High Court has warned the EFCC Chairman over his alleged failure to comply with its October 31 ruling ordering the immediate release of 27 houses reportedly wrongfully seized on suspicion of being bought with illicit funds.
The warning, issued in a Form 48 by the court’s Registrar on Tuesday, cautioned that non-compliance with suit no: FHC/ABJ/CS/348/2025 would constitute contempt of court.
