As friends and families mourn the passing of the Grandmother of the founder of Peak Newspaper Nigeria and renowned Nigerian activist, Comrade Olatunji Babatunde, Madam Medonla Lijoka, who was called to glory on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, whose remains have been laid to rest, today, in her hometown, Erekiti- Luwoye, Okitipupa area of Ondo state.
According to family sources told Peak Newspaper that the remains of Madam Medonla arrived at Erekiti in Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo state, today, and her remains have been buried immediately.
Furthermore, family sources disclosed that the date for Madam Medonla Lijoka would be disclosed after due consultation with the family members.
