Pastor E.A. Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has called on Nigerians to remain steadfast in faith despite the increasing incidents of insecurity across the country, Peak Newspaper reports.
During a recent service, he reassured worshippers that God is in control, stating that “the gates of hell will not prevail.” He further emphasized that the church will ultimately “laugh last,” highlighting the importance of patience, prayer, and hope during challenging times.
Adeboye also encouraged citizens to support one another, remain vigilant, and continue to pray for the nation’s leadership, security agencies, and communities. He stressed that collective faith and resilience are key to overcoming the current security challenges.
The RCCG leader’s message comes at a time when many Nigerians are concerned about kidnappings, armed attacks, and other security issues, offering spiritual encouragement alongside calls for proactive engagement in safeguarding communities.
