Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has announced a free concert scheduled to hold on Friday, April 24, in Osogbo, as part of activities aimed at engaging residents ahead of the 2026 governorship election, Peak Newspaper reports.
The event will feature his son, B-Red, alongside several top Nigerian artistes including Peruzzi, CDQ, May D, Shina Peters, and others.
According to the governor, the concert is designed to be inclusive and non-partisan, bringing together people across political divides. He described it as a “Get Out to Vote” concert meant to energize citizens and encourage participation in the democratic process.
The show is set to take place at the Technical Field in Osogbo, with free entry for all attendees.
The development comes amid heightened political activities in Osun State as parties gear up for the August 2026 governorship election.
