The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the Ileoluji/Okeigbo And Odigbo Federal Constituency, Engineer Ademulegun Raphael has reaffirmed its unwavering support for the Party’s National Leader and Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), His Excellency, Chief Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, CON, following his unequivocal declaration of support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election, Peak Newspaper reports.
The Peoples Democratic Party Candidate Hon Ademulegun describes Wike’s position, recently reiterated at the inauguration of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, as a significant political statement that reinforces the direction of his political engagement and the need for strategic alignment in the evolving national political landscape.
According to the him, the leadership of the party under Federal Capital Territory (FCT), His Excellency, Chief Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, CON, endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as its preferred presidential candidate ahead of the 2027 general elections.
This proposed endorsement is to reaffim the leadership’s steady alignment of its political direction with Wike’s position and to mobilise My constituency stakeholders and supporters towards a common political objective.
Hon Ademulegun further restates FCT Minister Nyesom Wike’s leadership of the National Rainbow Coalition and his commitment to coordinating the Coalition’s activities in support of President Tinubu’s candidacy.
It also said that the Coalition is playing a strategic role in galvanising political stakeholders and strengthening the mobilisation effort ahead of the 2027 elections.
