US Defends Wole Soyinka’s Visa Revocation, says “Visa is a privilege, not a right!”
The US Embassy in Lagos has confirmed that Prof. Wole Soyinka’s visa was legally revoked, stressing that no one not even a Nobel Laureate is above immigration law. Nigerians online are divided some say the US did right, others believe it’s pure disrespect to one of Africa’s greatest minds.
