N12.3bn Fraud Case: Court Strikes Out Charges Against Otudeko After Repayment

A Federal High Court in Lagos has struck out the N12.3bn fraud case against Honeywell Group Chairman, Dr. Oba Otudeko, and three others, following EFCC’s withdrawal after full repayment and settlement with First Bank, Peak Newspaper Nigeria reports Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke approved the move, with no admission of wrongdoing.
