Jigawa Disburses N1.5bn to 569 Retirees

The Jigawa State Contributory Pension Scheme Board has paid over N1.5 billion in benefits to 569 retirees. Executive Secretary Dr. Binyaminu Shitu said the funds cover retirement and death benefits for state, local government, and education authority workers. He praised Governor Namadi’s support and reaffirmed the board’s commitment to timely payments.
