Portable Remanded in Okekura Prison Over Criminal Defamation and Failure to Meet Bail Conditions

Controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has been remanded in Okekura Correctional Centre in Ilorin, Kwara State, following his inability to meet the bail conditions set by the court.

According to a reliable source, the court required him to produce two sureties with valid Certificates of Occupancy for landed properties, the President of the Performing Musicians Employers Association of Nigeria (PMAN), and a bail sum of one million naira.

As of this moment, Portable has been taken into custody and will remain there until he is able to fulfill the bail conditions.
