Operatives recovered bomb components, chemicals, and other materials used for violent attacks in the state.
Security sources said the suspect has been taken into custody for questioning and further investigation.
The DSS confirmed that the arrest is part of ongoing efforts to dismantle networks fueling violence across Plateau and neighbouring regions.
Officials warned that anyone involved in arms trafficking or supplying violent groups would face the full weight of the law.
