The City Boy Movement (CBM) has officially inaugurated its Anambra State chapter and local government executives at an event held at San Antonio Blu Hotel (Waldorf Blu), Awka, Peak Newspaper reports.
The inauguration was performed by the South East Director of the City Boy Movement, Chief Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana.
During the event, the movement also distributed palliatives to vulnerable groups in the spirit of the Lenten season, as part of its community support initiative.
The newly inaugurated Anambra State chapter is led by Chief Nonso Ozoemena, while Chief Cletus Oragwa (Zenco) serves as the patron.

Chiejina Obieze – Youth Coordinator
Speaking during the inauguration, Chief Obinna Iyiegbu charged the new executives with the responsibility of mobilising support across Anambra State for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and promoting the Renewed Hope Agenda at the grassroots.
He also emphasized that the City Boy Movement is open to Nigerians from all political parties, noting that the movement is focused on promoting development, unity, and the progress of the South-East and Nigeria as a whole.
The event attracted supporters and stakeholders who gathered to witness the official activation of the movement in the state.
